The sanctuary comes alive in the evening!

Our After Dark Feeding tours give visitors the unique opportunity of seeing Tasmanian devils in a group feeding situation – quite a spectacular sight!

Devils and quolls are primarily nocturnal species therefore they are far more active at night. We use environmentally sensitive lighting to provide an unforgettable experience, seeing these extraordinary animals in ‘action’ each evening.

While the animals enjoy their dinner, our experienced keeper will discuss their feeding and social behaviours as well as their biology, threats and the important conservation work being undertaken for these species within the sanctuary.

General Entry to the sanctuary is included with this tour ticket. Visitors are welcome to wander the sanctuary at their leisure between 9:30am-5pm (within 24 hours of their evening tour) and can also join one of our Day Keeper Tours.
