Ethan

Eastern Quoll

Date of Birth: June 2023

Sex: Male
Origin: Wild born
Mother: (Wild) May
Father: Wild
Offspring: 0

Bio:

Ethan is one of the new boys on the block!  He and his siblings have been brought into the Tasmanian Quoll Conservation Program as “wild founders”, meaning they are not genetically related to any of the other quolls in the program,  so will be very important for future breeding.

Being wild and born to a very shy mum, May, Ethan is a more timid and reserved little quoll, although now that he has dispersed from his mum and siblings, we are starting to see his more confident side come through.

Ethan can be seen on our Day Keeper and After Dark Feeding Tours and was sponsored and named by Robyn and Derek of Victoria in loving memory of their son, Ethan.

Devils@Cradle is located in a very remote area in Tasmania’s alpine wilderness. It may be up to a week before a staff member can reach the nearest post office, and there may be times when roads are cut off by ice and snow. For these reasons, please allow extra time for postage. If you need to receive your adoption pack sooner, please email us at info@devilsatcradle.com and we will try our best to accommodate.
