Daicos

Spotted Tail Quoll

Date of Birth: 2023

Sex: Male
Origin: Wild born
Mother: Nat (wild mother)
Father: Unknown (wild father)
Offspring: 0

Bio:

Daicos and his sister Bobby came to us in their wild mothers pouch in 2023 for one very important reason: to provide valuable genetics for the Tasmanian Quoll Conservation Program. He was hand raised by keeper (and massive Collingwood fan) Rory and has grown into a very confident lad.

As his name might imply, Daicos covers all areas of the ground and never puts a foot wrong, which becomes particularly helpful when climbing! He also loves to show off his silky-smooth skills on some of our tours.

Daicos is recommended to breed this year, so we may have a few more little ones “kicking” around soon.

Postage Times:

Devils@Cradle is located in a very remote area in Tasmania’s alpine wilderness. It may be up to a week before a staff member can reach the nearest post office, and there may be times when roads are cut off by ice and snow. For these reasons, please allow extra time for postage. If you need to receive your adoption pack sooner, please email us at info@devilsatcradle.com and we will try our best to accommodate.
